Noodle Design was built from inside the world of competitive athletics, where managing apparel, vendors, and team gear often becomes more complicated than it should be.
What started as a way to simplify ordering and coordination for a single program has grown into a full-service partner supporting teams, clubs, schools, and organizations across the country. Our focus is simple: deliver clean branding, streamlined processes, and reliable gear without adding work for coaches or administrators.
We combine hands-on program experience with strong vendor relationships and a structured approach to execution—so everything from apparel to sponsorships runs smoothly from start to finish.
Our Story
Noodle Design began on the pool deck, solving real problems for real teams: confusing order forms, scattered vendors, missed deadlines, and coaches stuck handing out boxes at practice. We saw how much time and energy was being spent on gear instead of training, and decided there had to be a better way.
From those early days, we started coordinating swim caps, suits, and apparel for local programs—then expanded into custom branding, seasonal drops, and fully managed online team stores. As our teams grew, so did their needs, and Noodle Design naturally evolved to support full athletic departments and multi-sport programs, not just swim.
Today, Noodle Design partners with teams across the country, helping them look sharp, stay organized, and create a unified identity that athletes and families are proud to represent.

D. Nolan leads partnerships and program development at Noodle Design, helping teams, clubs, schools, and organizations build clean, professional apparel and branding solutions that work in the real world.
Working closely with coaches, administrators, and program leaders, D. Nolan helps simplify the process of coordinating team gear, custom apparel, sponsorship opportunities, and online stores. The focus is always the same: reduce friction, improve organization, and deliver a better experience for athletes and families.
With a practical, program-first approach, D. Nolan works to ensure every Noodle Design partnership is clear, efficient, and tailored to the needs of the team—whether that means launching a new team store, building out a branded apparel collection, or supporting a larger multi-program rollout.
