What If I’m Between Sizes?
Always review the manufacturer’s size chart on the product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Custom apparel is made to order and cannot be exchanged, so please verify your size carefully before placing your order.
When Will I Get My Order?
Production timelines vary by product and vendor. Many custom apparel items require approximately 3–4 weeks after the ordering window closes. Certain specialty products, including custom swim caps, may require approximately 6–8 weeks. Orders containing multiple items may be held and shipped together once all items are complete.
Can I Return Custom Items?
No. Custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes products customized with team logos, names, numbers, embroidery, printing, or other personalization. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side, contact Noodle Design within 7 days of delivery.

Can I return or exchange custom items?
Custom and personalized items are made specifically for your order and generally cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins. This includes items with names, embroidery, printing, or other team-specific customization.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

What if I’m between sizes?

Yes. You can add Life Time Metro team-store products and regular Noodle Design products to the same cart and complete everything in a single checkout.
Because products may have different production timelines, items in the same order may not always be ready at the same time.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us at sales@noodledesign.co and include your order number along with a description of the issue. If there is a problem with an item, photos are also helpful so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
